What should you consider when writing a letter?
All letters are opened and checked before reaching the prisoner. Therefore, please refrain from including any information that could harm you or the prisoner.
Please maintain censorship in your letter and avoid an overly political narrative.
You can write about interesting stories, global achievements or anything you believe will encourage and interest the prisoner.

You can write the letter by hand on any type of paper or type it in any application and then print it out.

How to send a letter?
To send a letter, you must go to any branch of "Georgian Post". You can bring your letter in your own envelope or purchase an envelope at the post office.

Sending a simple letter – 4 GEL
Sending a registered letter – 7 GEL
(Unlike a simple letter, in the case of sending a registered letter, your personal number is recorded. You will be given a tracking code, which you can use to track the movement of the letter on the "Georgian Post" website.)

The delivery time for both simple and registered letters is 3-5 business days (maximum 7).
