Prisoner's Card:

Approximately two weeks after detention, a Liberty Bank plastic card is issued to the prisoner. This card allows them to purchase various products and essential items from the prison store. (Before the card is issued, prisoners rely on their relatives to provide them with basic necessities.)

How to deposit money into a prisoner’s plastic card?

1. Visit the link: Pay.ge - Top-up Prisoner Card

2. Fill in the required fields:

• - Service: Select "Name, Surname, And Date Of Birth"
• - Personal ID Of The Payer: Enter your (sender’s) personal number
• - Prisoner IBAN Account/Name and Surname: Enter only the prisoner's name and surname (Prisoners' IBAN accounts are not available to us.)
• - Date Of Birth (dd/mm/yy): Enter the prisoner’s date of birth, which is available on their personal page on our website

3. Click "Check ID"

4. The transferred amount will be automatically credited to the prisoner’s account.

There is no transfer limit - you can transfer as much as you wish.

• - Visit Pay.ge main page
• - Select "Liberty"
• - Click "Top-up Prisoner Card"
• - Follow the steps described above

• - Visit a Liberty Bank branch
